About Jen

If I could spend my day doing what I love, it would consist of running, yoga, climbing, backpacking and cooking amazing healthy meals.  Cooking vegan has introduced me to a new world of tastes, flavors and how to be extremely creative in the kitchen.  Over the past several months, I’ve discovered amazing recipes that are filled with nutrients and I’d love to share them with other people who also care about what they put into their body.
